This policy applies to homeopathic medicines ordered directly from drmukeshclinic.com.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order. An order can generally be cancelled before it is dispatched. After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible, but you can contact us if the order qualifies for a return or refund under this policy or applicable law.

Returns for Medicines

For product safety and quality, medicines generally cannot be returned for a change of mind after dispatch or once opened or used. Please contact us before sending anything back. Do not send medicines to either clinic address without first receiving return instructions.

You may contact us if your order is:

  • Damaged, leaking, or unsealed when delivered

  • Expired when delivered

  • Incorrect or missing an item

  • Different from what you ordered or what was described

  • Delivered later than the stated delivery schedule

This list does not limit any rights available under applicable law.

How to Report an Order Problem

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. If you can, include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the medicine and packaging. Keep the product and packaging until we respond. We may ask for additional details to review the issue and will provide instructions if the item needs to be returned.

Refunds and Return Costs

If we confirm that an item is eligible for a refund, we will process it to the original payment method within 14 days of approving the refund, subject to any shorter period required by applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.

If the problem is due to an incorrect, damaged, expired, or otherwise non-conforming item, we will arrange or cover reasonable return shipping where a return is required. Any applicable delivery charges will be handled as required by law.
